I doubt NCP pay any attention to these reviews, but I will add my experience nonetheless......
I added a saverID to my account prior to parking as per instructions, but then got charged full price anyway. Tried ringing customer support, on hold for an hour before giving up, tried help centre, no response, used web chat, you guessed it.....
