I parked in a disabled bay in a motobility car with my blue badge clearly displayed. I then received a £100 fine. I took it to an appeal and it took ages. I still had to pay that fine. Their customer service line is a joke. I rang many times and no one picked up the call. I tested it out one day and let it ring until someone did answer. I let it ring for 5 hours 43 minutes 8 seconds. I only hung up after that long as I had a visitor. Absolutely appalling. I then emailed them to inform them that I was taking legal action and would take action to recover all monies that I'd have to spend doing so. It was only then I finally had a reply. I still had to pay that fine.
