Every time the chat function is busy someone eventually replies hours later to which they just tell you to call the number... Which funnily always starts at number 36 in the queue... 40 minutes later only down to number 18. How can it be that busy every single time you call. Considering what you charge for parking your customer service is shockingly bad. You should have a pay now function on your website why do I have to call to carry out this task.
