I parked my car for 1.5 hours at their Mayfair site, just off Berkeley square. My car windows got smashed in and the contents of my car stolen. I contacted them via phone and email, asking for a £45 refund to cover the cost of my parking ticket.
They refused to pay me anything.
Rubbish customer service and a robbing company.
