@HelloNCP this is what happened to my car whilst in your Adams Row car park in Mayfair. Back window smashed and bag stolen. Appeared to be a manned facility but wasn’t. No one to help, called the call centre who said sorry, the t&c’s (that are obscured and so tiny you can’t read them) say we aren’t liable and you still have to pay! Won’t be using an NCP again.
