NCP has the worth telephone assistant. I have been through almost 40 minutes of waiting for the phone to answer (20 minutes at the machine and 20 minutes at the barrier causing a long cue of car behind as well as a long cue into the carpark that gone round the block) . All because the bar code on my ticket was slightly smudged due to rain ! Good job I had no appointment to attend to.
I have experienced
similar last Dec at NCP next to Holiday Inn in Leicester when the man turn up after one hour and we al.ost missed the party .
