IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS - NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION!
Terrible (Non existent) Customer Service
Wish I could rate them zero stars. We booked for 3 nights in Canberra 9 weeks ago and had to reduce it by 1 night. Tried to contact Prestigia mulitple times via email and phone (unsuccessfully) to amend our booking (didn't even want to cancel it!) but couldn't get hold of anyone. Ended up having to cancel the whole booking with Prestigia and rebook directly with the hotel, costing us hundreds of extra dollars! Have been trying to get hold of Prestigia every day for the past 2 months to get our money back, but no one is responding to my emails or answering the phone! Been on hold for over 1.5 hours over 15 times! Why is no one answering the phone or responding to emails??? We now can't afford to book a family holiday as Prestigia is holding our money!
