Terrible company. I had made a hotel reservation with free cancellation polo u & cancelled it as the location for travel changed.
It’s been more than 50+ days & the refund has not reflected back to my statement.
The customer care is highly misleading & keep going to & fro on communication.
Till date they have not processed the refund.
Worst experience ever.
