SCAM.
The actual booking went through to the property, but when you need to take them up on their “free cancellation” it is a joke. First, despite my changing the language to ‘English’ multiple times, they continued to respond in French until I stated DISPUTE at which point they begged me not to do that. They then agreed to a refund but with no specific date except, some time in the not near future. With my pushing, they eventually agreed to 60+ days. With further pushing, they said they’d grant me “special” circumstances and it’d be 15+ days. At day 16, of course, it was 30+ days. Ultimately filed the dispute with my credit card company and they refunded me; never got a refund yet from Prestigia.
