I help my friend to get $3065 money back to her credit card.
My friend and I went on a trip in Hawaii during Christmas. We used her credit card to book on Prestigia at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort - A Concept by Hyatt hotel Check in Dec 23/2021 for two nights. When we arrived at hotel there is no booking from her name at all. Hotel manager and I were trying many times to call Prestigia but no one answer. Later on 23th very late at night someone name Anna Silkina picked us the call and apologize to us saying the refund will be issued within 10 days. After 10 days there is still no refund. I called them and told them I will report it as a fraud to the police. There is a guy Yassine El Jahd answered the email and said refund will be with in 3-6 days. After that my friend received the money.
