I wanted to shorten my stay at a hotel, but couldn’t online. I decided to cancel well in advance of deadline only to be prompted to contact customer service. I tried both numbers listed only to get a recording of “the person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable, please try your call later”. I have been getting this message for days! This is a sham company!!! Book with someone else, even if you have to pay a little more.
