I should have read the testimonies below before booking with Prestigia. The phone number listed on their website does not work. The website is not reliable in reviewing bookings/reservations (switches languages and blank pages). There is no phone customer service (Automated hang-up). Reached by email asking for cancellation. Per their own company policy, I am entitled to 80% refund for cancelling within a specific timeframe. They totally rejected. Their company policy (if it is a company) does not appear to mean anything.
