Scammers!
On their website it said free cancellation before the end of the day. I was on the phone with them when I booked and cancelled immediately in the same phone call because it was an incorrect booking and proceeded to book another room with another hotel. They did not inform me that they would not be returning my money and whats more is that it had said initially that there were free cancellations. Such an evil company. Please avoid!
