They are only good if your booking runs smoothly but if you encounter problems or any type of emergency they will not refund you of your money. We booked a hotel for family Christmas vacation through PRESTIGIA. First our booking reservation took a month or more before it was confirmed by the hotel. Second our flight from Charlotte NC to NYC was cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel was glad to cancel it without any charges at all. Prestigia on the other hand told us that our request of refund was declined by hotel and that Prestigia Prestigia.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control as their policy.
