You are a fool if you use this awful travel service. They canceled my reservation at a five star resort and didn't bother to inform me. When I arrived at the resort I was told that I didn't have a reservation. When I tried to call Prestigia I got a recorded message. I tried emailing. No response until the next day (when they told me that I had a reservation at the resort that they canceled!). The manager at the five star resort was able to get through to Prestigia with an emergency number and found out that Prestigia had rebooked me at a four star all-inclusive! A week later I received an email from Prestigia asking me to rate the five star resort! This company sucks!
