WORST COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER We ordered a room and a few hours later they emailed us that the order was cancelled by us, even though we didn't do such a thing. After confronting us and taking our money (about 7 days of on-going emails), they decided to partially refund us instead of giving back the whole refund or just un-cancelling the reservation. This is the worst costumer service I ever encountered, I don't wish my worst enemies to confront them, and I will never get even near this site.
