I have booked my family vacation through Trivago and Prostigia. It was a good price. I did follow up with the hotel itself a week later to make sure the reservation went through however it did not!
Then I contacted Prostigia and I got the email they can’t confirm the reservation as well (after taking the money) and they will refund me the money back, but they never did! I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card and so far I did not get the money back!! I would NOT go through them again!
