Absolutely horrible or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. trying to change a reservation within the time limit and no one will answer the phone. Then found out it went through another third party and that third party can not do anything Getaroom.com. So not sure what to do besides report this to the credit card company and have them deny the charge and get a reimbursement back. Stay away from this Prestigia
