I order reservation with free cancellation. It charge me immediately when I placed the order. I cancelled it 5 minute later ant I received an email “ A refund of 662.11 EUR will reflect in your account in 3 to 5 business days.”
It passed 2 mouth and I didn’t recived the money yet!!!
