They failed to disclose hidden fees, such as resort fees or VAT charges, and even charged me twice for a single transaction. Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered among travel apps. To make matters worse, they are flagged as high-risk by credit card companies. Also, I should mention that getting your refund from them is not easy. You will be forced to go through a dispute process at the end of the day.
