Good luck getting a refund. I had to cancel my trip and did so within the time frame for a full refund. I received an email confirmation from them stating I would received a full refund within 7-10 business days. After the 10th business day passed and I had not received my refund I called and was given an excuse as to why they had not yet. I emailed multiple times and received an auto generated response. Now, nobody even picks up the phone. Absolutely terrible.
