I'm unable to get a refund after cancelling my hotel reservation. When I made the reservation, the terms were "Free cancellation" before the deadline. What is "Free cancellation" supposed to mean if I can't get my money back??!! They offered credit on Prestigia.com for a future reservation, but this was never mentioned when I made the booking - I would have booked somewhere else if I had known that I cannot get my money back. It's that simple.
I'm very unhappy and angry with Prestigia. Please do not use them - book somewhere else, or directly with the hotel!! A friend who booked directly with the same hotel got a full refund.
