WORST COMPANY EVER
Currently the world is going through a pandemic. I had a 5 month trip booked starting from 1st Aug with 26 accommodations booked. Thankfully only 1 through Prestigia. The rest are through Agoda and Wotif. All my accommodations were booked under ‘non-refundable’. Agoda and Wotif have contacted the hotels and they have agreed to waving that condition and refunding my money back. They have been great throughout the whole process.
But here we have Prestigia who will do absolutely NOTHING to help you during this time but keep your money. They have nothing in place for the pandemic. I have now contacted the hotel requesting my money back and informing them how Prestigia is treating me and other customers during this time.
