Like everyone else. Unable to travel due to COVID 19. Prestigia refuse any type of refund or credit even though the hotel we booked has a free refund policy.
Absolutely appalling given the circumstances. Tough times for the travel industry this year. Hopefully the ones who have done the right thing by their customers survive and morally bankrupt parasites like Prestigia go out of business for good.
