Today my daughter and i went into primark at Rushden Lakes , She had dress to return and had the receipt. It was dated end of sept so was slightly out of the 28 day's . In these strange time where nothing can be tried on and shops closing and re-opening , people having to isolate , couldn't believe when the woman just said no refund out of 28 days , she had receipt and still had tags on . My daughter had to self isolate shortly after she bought the dress due to severe chest infection and waiting on a corona test results. Told the lady this but she just looked her up and down and said out of 28 days so no refund and just walked away, It's a 5 pound dress . Lots of people have had problems returning things within the 28 days due to lots of reasons , i work in retail and common sense and compassion has got to play some part within these decisions, these are not normal times. 5 pound may not be a lot of money to some people but my daughter has just started Uni , i am a single parent and she only works at weekends so to her it is . The woman ( a supervisor ) was just being a jobs worth . The company needs to re think there policy and be a little bit more flexible .
