My husband didn't feel well in the Newcastle store today the first aider Veronica was absolutely brilliant,she got him a chair brought him water, stayed with us till he felt better,and took us to the checkout,and put our shopping through,so we didn't have to wait in the long queue, absolutely brilliant 5*
