Customer service is abysmal,once they have your money you no longer exist, they will not accept exchange without receipt even though you have primark logo on the unopened unused and original packaging.
No customer service in stores and jobs worth management who are no help at all. On line customer service is exactly the same. Will not shop here again and recommend others not to until customer services get their act together.
Appalling!
