Whilst shopping at Primark in Concorde North Carolina the fire alarm went off. The store managers were frantically running round and rudely screaming out shoppers to “GET OUT”! Their aggressive behaviors were confusing, comical, and shows a level of unpreparedness. I talked to the store security manager and she said it was not a drill, but her security team was cool as a cucumber and helped get people out collectively and in organised manner. I won’t go back there after being screamed at by Kyle.
