I wanted to exchange an item. Unfortunately i can't find the receipt anywhere but found the transaction on my bank statement. That wasn't good enough, only receipt will do, which is so annoying. I just want to exchange one of the swimming costumes i bought as this one is a bit baggy. Its really put me off Primark
