The receipt for my jeans had gone past the 28days by maybe 5 days. (I had a busy month and totally forgot about the jeans left sitting in a bag with tags intact) I asked could I exchange the jeans for items I picked up for the same value and I was told this could not be done. Had a similar experience with a size of a child's shirt with dunnes and they exchanged no problem.
