I had a horrible experience with the store in Garden City NY, I wanted to exchange an product that my daughter had already and they wouldn't give me a store credit without the gifts receipts which I thought I lost. Needless to say I wound up finding the gift receipts and they gave me a store credit any way.. horrible customer service. horrible first time experience. Will NEVER shop there again, and my 10 year old daughter left there upset and disappointed.
