I wanted to speak to Customer Service at Primark and after finding the telephone number I tried 4 times to get through and nobody would pick up the phone I had to wait for all the recorded messages (not related to my questions) and after a while it rang and then it cut me off four times before I could even speak to anyone…it is impossible! And very frustrating! Very Poor!
