""I for one appreciate the stores will always be busy as the prices are hard to beat. The problem lies with the staff( not all obviously) the Colchester store seem to of employed people that are happy to use their mobile phones and swear among heir colleagues . Disgusting manners when asked for help, so pay more get better service the only option.
