I lost my receipt as I'm disabled and only get out to primark which I love when my sister can get up from Birmingham I live Gateshead my mam went to return my goods for a credit note or vouchers and was told that is not there policy but she could exchange ,how can she exchange on my behalf I'm furious as this is £40 now wasted as receipt only give 28 days and that not possible for me ,
