you should go to trustpilot and see how bad the reviews REALLY are
i got some leggings for christmas that didnt fit - i wanted to exchange for a bigger size but as i didnt have a receipt they wouldnt do anything even tho brand new in primark bag with all the tags attached. Not like i wanted a refund just some items that would fit
the staff were really rude and unhelpful and i wont be using primark again in a hurry
