Primark, Oxford Street. Reknown for it's red ticket special prices, (I was sent their by Hammersmith Branch staff who couldn't speak highly enough about them), but I wasn't told about the ridiculous hour long wait at the checkouts for "manager approval" on each of the items that had been reduced a few pounds.
