I was.in absolute awe of then today, it was hot I'd forgotten my pin number the shop was closing n I was full on panic, my bf had went for ice cream of all things! The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and so understanding, patient and made me feel not si embarrassed the account helped calm me down got me through my purchase which I was just for leaving after forgetting pin with mind freeze. They were awesome I wish I knew there names to thank them personally and I'll scream it from all sites
