Have two Procook elite forged pans. Son was frying bacon in one when the rivet cover to the handle thats on the inside surface of the pan exploded off in a load bang hit the wall and richocheted on to the otherside of the kitchen.
Procook refuse to discuss the matter despite photos and filling intheir questionnaire as I did not have proof of purchase. With 25 year guarantee and a health and safety issue I am suprised they don't want to look into this case. Perhaps avoiding a product recall?
