I bought a cookware set in December for my wedding anniversary. First time I used them the lid on the crock pot exploded, covering our Christmas meal in shattered glass. Dinner was ruined as had to restart all the veg and lost the gravy made from the juices of the turkey. Cut my finger clearing it up all they said was it was caused by a knock and we will send you a new lid. Rubbish cookware, rubbish customer service do not buy from them
