Contacted Procook regarding a frying pan with lid that I ordered in June 2020. The Teflon coating had come off one of the ‘bolts’ that attach the handle to the pan, sent a photo as backup. This morning received a replacement frying and lid less than 24 hours after my initial email. Always pleased with the service and delivery times from Procook but thoroughly impressed with the speed of my enquiry. I would always recommend Procook to anyone that needs to update their kitchen wears.
