Very disappointed
Very disappointed! I bought Gourmet Non-Stick Saute and Frying pan. In Less than one month of use I have marks on the outside on the pan. Well I thought I was entitled to a refund or replacement because of my guarantee and I was sent a msg from the costumer services saying I caused the damage & the guarantee doesn’t cover it! Wow Very unprofessional, I have another pan I use as normal and there are no such faults on it like the pan from pro cook. Very disappointed. It’s clearly made from very cheap material.
