Ordered a set of knives for next day delivery and six days later they wanted to 'verify my age' by asking for my birthdate before they would deliver. They put a box for age verification that has to be ticked before an order can be placed but wait until five days after they should have arrived to ask me for a specific date, as if that proves anything.
Their customer service is off-hand and dreadful. Asked to cancel order. Won't be buying from them again.
