Sorry but necessary to make this review on what has been a great company for us for years. Trying to return two gift items. QVC helpline told us exactly what to do, and how to make special notes to the people processing the return. We did not receive any notice of their processing so had to call several times with different answers each time. The credits did not go to the accounts noted twice on each box. The extended warranty was not refunded until we called specifically to ask about that a month later. Customer service lady tells us that they have no control over the return processing center nor any communication with them so it is not QVCs fault or issue to fix.
I'm so sorry that the V in QVC has gone to zero for us.
