Sent WRONG and then HUNG up on me
Like most QVC customers, I have come to regret ordering from them. I placed an order for a Merino Wool Throw in Midnight Blue, but they sent me one in Army Green. When I chatted with QVC, the agent HUNG up on me in mid-chat. I will NEVER order from QVC again.
