I wouldn’t have given a one star even. Been a customer for thirty years, and today I closed the door on this chapter. They are not a good customer base company. Their customer service people tell you things just to get rid of dealing with your issue. Then you place a follow up call to check to see if they sent you what they told you they were going to and the new rep tells you it was never done. So I’m done with qvc always telling you lies.
