I ordered 4 tyres through their website for fitting this morning between 9.30-10.30 and I am still waiting for the tyres to be delivered to the garage. If I had known they use a 3rd party supplier (who the call centre staff cannot call they can only email them)I would not have used them. This is after I received an email from RAC to confirm fitting appointment.
After reading the reviews here it is clear that the RAC are no longer to be trusted and their brand has been severely diminished.
