Been a member for 10 years and used only a handful times, latest time i needed them i was told wait would be 90mins max, after 2 hours waiting i called them again to be told it could.. could be another hour, nothing guaranteed, no real desire from them to be pro-active and keep me well updated.
I had to get a friend to help me in the end and RAC never came then, i cancelled my membership after only 1 month of re-newal and they only gave me 50% of full year refund, disgrace this place..stay well clear.
