They refuse to come out, lie and say our issue was not covered in the policy despite having a top package with them
finally got through to someone who would help us and waited for 4 hours with two young children in the cold and dark. rang again to see where they were to be told it would be another 45 minutes wait so that nearly A 5 HOUR WAIT !!
AVOID !! They do not want to help people
