RAC are absolutely fantastic! I just want to say how brilliant Darren was with me on Friday evening. My hire car had a fault and he came out to me within 25/30 minutes of reporting the incident. He was friendly, professional and extremely well mannered. The hire company Europcar asked that the vehicle be towed to Manchester airport and in turn they would give me a replacement vehicle. Without hesitation Darren towed the vehicle from Sheffield to the Manchester. He was due to finish his shift but still made sure I got recovered and was safe.
