1st time I've asked for help today.
4.5 hrs later, I'm still waiting.
9 text messages: apologising, excuses etc.
Telephoned, 20 mins. on hold. Lady (in Manchester) sounded unconfident: transferred me, which put me back on hold, then cut me off!
2nd phone call, told the 'current estimate' was a further 2hrs till attendance.
Escalated to the Customer Solutions Centre, who apparently are telephoning me ASAP.
I will be lodging a full complaint: asking for a pro-rata refund, compensation, and cancellation of my policy.
AVOID!!!
